This position offers opportunities to gain training and experience in other machine maintenance and repair, metal fabrication, and related activities. Balon's maintenance group has a team approach and cross-training is encouraged.

Skills, Responsibilities, and Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.

Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.

• Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.

Skills and Attributes:

• Collaborative mindset.

• Frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.

• Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment including but not limited to safety eyeglasses and hearing protection.

• Customer satisfaction-oritented, with a focus on delivering quality solutions that meet business needs.
